MADI derives from the Otomi dialect, which is spoken in several states of Mexico due to the inhabitants of the indigenous community with the same name. This word means love, which is the main feeling that inspires the brand when crafting and delivering the different products.

MADI Materny's main product (the baby sling) is defined as a well-constructed, long resistant fabric material, to able to carry a baby from behind and in front (back and chest) by a man or a woman by rolling the fabric up and down within the thoracic cage to self-secure the baby while carrying it.

The embroidery designs are crafted by the indigenous people from the Otomi community, meaning it is high quality and beautifully designed, all of this considering our costumers’ preferences and tastes.
